On May 15th to 16th, 2021, the team of Peking Union Medical College (Medical School of Tsinghua University) won the championship of the 10th China National Contest of Medical Skills and Techniques for College Students. The contest attracted 497 teams from 211 universities, covering nearly 91% of medical schools in China. For the first time, this contest set a division for eight-year program students. Fourteen medical schools, including Peking Union Medical College (Medical School of Tsinghua University), Peking University, Sun Yat-sen University and Zhejiang University competed in this division. The champion team consists of four contestants Xu Jiuyang, Fu Ziyao, Mei Keyi and Ping lu, and two substitutes Zhou Ziyue and Liang Siyu. The success is attributed not only to the team players, but also to more than 70 hard-working teachers in Peking Union Medical College Hospital behind them!
