Recently, PUMCH and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. jointly held the first "Digital Transformation Special Exchange Seminar". Huawei has specially formed a team of digital transformation consulting experts to carry out this event, covering its own IT construction, digital transformation consulting, data governance, ICT architecture planning and other top expert resources. This is also the first time that Huawei has held a digital transformation seminar with the medical industry.

On December 2, 2020, PUMCH and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties focus on medical and industrial integration and collaborative innovation, and carried out in-depth cooperation in the construction of translational medicine research platform, the cross-field talent training of information, medicine and management integration, and the exploration of digital transformation of the hospital.

The representatives of the hospital users shared and communicated with each other on the topics of data collection and data consumption, data sharing of cost allocation under different scenarios, information construction framework and ideas of the full cost accounting system. The digital transformation includes the transformation of consciousness, organization, culture, method and mode, and most important of which is the transformation of ideas and consciousness. Both parties reached the following consensus through this seminar training: digitization is the advanced stage of informatization, and an inevitable trend in informatization development. The path to digital transformation needs to be driven by dual-mode Information Technology. Based on the existing informatization architecture, the cloud technology architecture is crucial to the new data architecture and application architecture.
