Procedures for outpatients with commercial insurance (direct payment type)

1. There are three ways to make an appointmeng: (1) Make an appointmeng via PUMCH APP; (2)Ask your insurance company to make an appointment for you; (3) Call (010)69156699 for Specialist CLinic, Obstetrics and Stomatology.

2. Please remember to bring your valid ID card and insurance card every time when you come to see a doctor;

3. Register at General Service window, photocopy your ID card, Insurance Card, and fill in the claim form;

4. Check in and see your doctor;

5. Keep accounts at General Service window;

6. Draw blood, have examination and laboratory test, collect medicine, etc.

Note: Please contact your insurance company in advance to make sure whether you are covered by your commercial health insurance (direct billing service).
