1. Doctor issues a hospitalization certification for you;

2. Please contact your insurance company to apply for a Guarantee Letter;

3. Doctor will call and tell you the date of hospitalization;

4. Bring your valid ID card and Insurance Crad to Admission Office;

5. Check in the ward;

6. Check out at Admission Office on the date of discharge.
