Chinese, Korean associations of ORL-HNS sign MOU on academic coop in Seoul

At the invitation of the Korean Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS), on April 22-25, 2016, a delegation led by Professor Gao Zhiqiang, chairman of ORL-HNS Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and director of the Department of ENT, PUMCH, attended the 90th national annual conference of the Korean Society of ORL-HNS in Seoul. A MOU on cooperation between the two organizations was signed at the conference, marking a new chapter in ORL-HNS undertakings in both countries.

On the first day, Professor Gao and Professor Hwan-Jung Roh, chairman of the Korean Society of ORL-HNS, signed the MOU on behalf of the two sides. Then, four Chinese experts, including Professor Gao, were invited to give five reports, which focused on China’s world-level clinical and academic work in ear science and drew great attention from their Korean colleagues.
