这是上周的文献报道，和妇产科专业紧密相关的没有什么，就是来自中国或关于中国的报道不少，比如Lancet有篇通讯，叫做《中国医学教育体系缺少人文教育》。
妇科肿瘤
荟萃分析：比较新批准的药物（2000-2010）和传统药物相比在治疗实体肿瘤的风险。结果新的抗癌症药物可以改善时间-事件的研究重点，但也增加了患病率和治疗相关的死亡率[1]。
其他
BMJ有关物质奖励以改善中国农村学生贫血的丛集性随机对照研究[2]。奇怪的是整个作者里面只有一个中国PhD研究生参与。

JAMA的RCT研究：在初级保健的情况下提供一种“伴侣家庭暴力来源列表”以进行家庭暴力的筛查工作并不能够改善女性的生活质量水平[4]。

Lancet的世界报道：中国的研究者成功地开始了结核-糖尿病筛查项目[10]。
16个国家有关吸烟的大规模横断面调查：在全球30亿烟民中，男性要占80%以上，但女性吸烟开始时间要早于男性。戒烟率很低，说明预防吸烟危害要强调预防吸烟行为的发生[11]。
