On March 25, 2025, Nobel Prize Laureate in Physiology or Medicine and Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science, Prof. Barry J. Marshall, visited PUMCH to deliver a keynote lecture titled “Theory and Practice: Innovation and Curiosity Driven Research” as part of the PUMCH International Forum. Vice President Du Bin awarded him a certificate of appointment as Distinguished Professor. The lecture attracted over a hundred clinical experts, researchers, and medical students.
