This laboratory investigates key scientific issues involved in the causal chain linking environment, immune system, and allergic disease prevention/diagnosis/treatment, focusing on five strategic research areas: allergen structure, function, and pathogenic mechanisms; molecular epidemiology of allergic diseases; allergen preparation development and translational medical research; evaluation and translation of novel specific diagnostic and immunotherapy products and technologies; and development and application of smart medical technologies. The laboratory aims to establish theories, models, and methods for predicting and preventing allergic diseases, as well as early diagnosis and fast screening and biological treatment. It advances the development, evaluation, and application of molecular diagnostic devices, precision immunotherapy drugs, and innovative technologies for standardized chronic disease management in this field.
