On December 7, 2018, the 4th PUMCH Radiation Therapy Forum & Establishment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Radiation Therapy Quality Control Cooperation Group was held in the hospital. The event was attended by radiation therapy experts and colleagues from across the country and representatives of the 67 hospitals of the Group.

The Group consists of radiation therapy departments of 39 hospitals from Beijing, 7 from Tianjin and 21 from Hebei. The aim is to establish fixed, long-term cooperation mechanisms, pool resources and boost the overall quality of radiation therapy in this area. The Group will, in the field of radiation equipment and procedure control, carry out trainings and exchanges between hospitals, share quality control information, and push forward standardized management so as to benefit local hospitals and patients.
