On the morning of January 17, a meeting promoting the experience of 2016 “further improving medical service program” was held in Beijing, which was co-hosted by the Bureau of Medical Administration, National Health and Family Planning Commission and Health News. At the meeting awards were granted to demonstrative hospitals, quality service posts and excellent administrators found in the Program. PUMCH received the “Demonstrative Hospital Award”, Operation Room/Anesthesiology received the “Quality Service Post Award”, and Vice President Han Ding, who is at his task of medical aid to Tibet, received the title of “Excellent Administrator”. At the meeting, Assistant President Qin Mingwei delivered a speech on behalf of PUMCH.

Earlier, PUMCH team won several awards, including “Top Ten Valuable Cases”, “Top Ten Cases of the Year”, silver medal at final round and “Best Performance” at the national hospital competition (second season) of the Program.
