On the afternoon of December 18, 2016, the 3rd Blue Whale Annual Meeting was held in Beijing, which was attended by more than 1000 people from noted enterprises, media, health, education and other sectors. The conference reviewed big events that affected China’s healthcare in 2016 and unveiled the Best Hospital Culture Dissemination Award. PUMCH won the award by its first micro-film festival.
