December 12, 2016 saw an awarding ceremony in Beijing for “2016 Standardized Training for Residents in Beijing”, which was supported by Beijing Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning and hosted by Beijing Association for Medical Education and Beijing Medical Award Foundation. Awards were unveiled at the ceremony. Our hospital received the “Best Organizer Award”. Liao Quan, deputy director of Department of Surgery and Luo Linzhi, deputy director of Office of Education, received the “Excellent Administrator Award”. Professor Gao Zhiqiang from Otorhinolaryngology, Professor Lin Guole from Basic Surgery and Associate Professor Liu Jihai received the “Excellent Teacher Award”; Zhang Xue from Anaesthesiology, Yang Jie from Obstetrics and Gynecology, Wang Xuefei from Surgery, Xia Peng and Bai Xiaoyin from Medicine received the “Excellent Resident Award”, the first four of them ranked the 1st, 5th, 9th and 10th places at a hundred-resident competition.

Besides, Professor Cui Liying from Neurology received the “Excellent Teacher in the Hearts of Residents Award” from the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
