On March 14-15, 2015, the Xiangshan International Arthroplasty Summit was held at China National Convention Center, which was jointly hosted by the Department of Orthopedics of PUMCH, Chinese Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and Asia Technology Alliance (ATA). Qiu Guixing, Professor of the Department of Orthopedics of PUMCH and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, chaired the Summit. The Summit invited nine famous experts on joint surgery from Europe and America to give lectures and dozens of Chinese experts to give comments. The event was participated by more than 1,100 orthopedic surgeons from China.

Hot discussions were carried out on such subjects as the design of hip joint prostheses, the application of navigation in joint surgery, DDH, revision surgery and perioperative period treatment in joint surgery. By the activity “masters reading images”, experts from home and abroad answered questions on cases brought by participants.
