2006年毕业于中国协和医科大学8年制临床医学专业，同年获博士学位。2012年入选北京协和医院百人计划项目，赴美国拉什大学(RushUniversity)医学院、老年医学研究所进修老年医学。长期从事老年医学临床医疗及健康管理工作。参与编写、编译多部老年医学专业著作，发表专业核心期刊及SCI文章多篇。

北京高血压防治协会老年病学专业委员会会员， 中国老年医学学会认知障碍分会委员，北京医学会老年医学分会骨质疏松与骨代谢学组委员，国家卫健委老龄健康专家库成员，北京市老年友善医疗机构评审专家库成员，北京市医养结合远程协同服务平台专家库成员。

熟悉老年患者常见疾病及综合征的诊治，如高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、老年痴呆症、老年情感障碍、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、骨质疏松、营养不良、前列腺增生等。在内科临床医疗的基础上综合考虑老年人群增龄相关及合并共病的复杂性，兼顾治疗的有效性，安全性，患者的功能状态及生活质量，制定个体化、全面的管理策略。

  Familiar with the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and syndromes in elderly patients, such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, senile affective disorder, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, osteoporosis, malnutrition, prostate enlargement, etc.

  Based on the clinical medical treatment of internal medicine, we develop individualized and comprehensive management strategies that take into account the complexity of aging-related and co-morbidities in the elderly population, taking into account the effectiveness, safety, functional status and quality of life of patients. She focuses on the long-term management of common chronic diseases in elderly patients; management of multiple co-morbidities; identification and management of common geriatric syndromes such as malnutrition, cognitive impairment, and frailty; and care guidance for dementia patients.
